You've seen them. You've received them. Maybe you've even written them. They're passive-aggressive notes, left to roomies, co-workers, even the general public.
And it was about time that a blogger decided to compile them: Passive Aggressive Notes.
And I'm proud that K.Miller posted the pic I submitted of Twin Peaks Properties in Noe Valley:
One of the commenters noted that the Chron ran an article last year about the octogenarian who owns this storefront. Loco.
Another commenter requested:
that whole window is gold. someone should walk out there and document it.
Here it is. You're welcome.

How does that store stay in business? Low rent, presumably, but wtf?

He stays in business because he owns the building, a vacant lot and other land. All of which are paid for, many times over.
Ahh, I am so lucky to have him as a neighbor. NOT.

Owning property is the only thing keeping him from walking the streets with a 12 galaxies sign.

Whether you agree with his views or not (and I assume for the most of you, it's NOT), he's a true American, in that he is bravely expressing himself in a manner entirely compatible with the U.S. Constitution, and not causing any harm whatsoever. So leave the crank alone. I say good for him.

No one is advocating censorship, darling.
Besides, you may notice that he's not expressing any opinions except disdain for those whom he perceives hold differing opinions from himself. What a true American.

"he's not expressing any opinions except disdain for those whom he perceives hold differing opinions from himself. What a true American."
Why, that sounds exactly how the Left behaves and acts, Seamus, when they hear something they don't like or don't want to hear. So much for Free Speech, right? Of course that has nothing to do with why Dems want the Fairness Doctrine back in play...does it? /sarcasm

Ladies & gentlemen, Rangelife's first troll.
Good to see you again, david.

No way - the first troll ever in Rangelife's history?!? I am truly honored.
You're "okay" Seamus - I just wish you'd hold the Left accountable to the same standard that you do the Right.
You're always welcome to visit and comment at my place. Btw - SanFran is a beatiful city, tho I haven't seen it in years.
